Worst tennacy of my life. Autistic gent who works, fully destabilised by a lying landlord. Too old to remember to do the maintennace, the house has not been looked after from prior to us. Raised ernt with no letter. I think the staff in the office dont like me, and will have thrown my notification in the bin due to the many many disputes we have had, and broken promises. I think they did it maliciously to wind me up, because they know I have autism. I never got the letter to say the rent was being increased.

Entwistle Green (Lytham St Annes office) told me that the ground rent on a flat was 500 pounds and on that basis I paid a deposit.
