My boyfriend and I are first time buyers, so the initial thought of buying a house was quite overwhelming! We had viewed several properties and seen numerous estate agents with no luck and not a lot more understanding of the process in buying a property. We were fortunate enough to meet Jon Siu from Ward and Partners in Chatham, and I have to say we have not met an agent like him. Jon had taken the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and respected our budget, because of this Jon recommended suitable homes to us and as soon as we viewed our property Jon knew we were interested and from the moment we put an offer in he has been a phone call away even at the stressful times! We both feel Jon is an asset to this company and without him I highly doubt we would have been lucky enough to find our perfect home. I would highly recommend Jon to not only first time buyers but also any seller/ buyer, as he is fully committed to his company and clients.

It is with great pleasure that i recommend ward and partners in Chatham. Although things started off a bit bumpy the road ahead was smooth and a pleasure. Leah, the senior sales progressor was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that i was kept up to date with everything that was happening.

On a few occasions Kenny has called me without me requesting a call back, just to let me know where abouts we were with things. He was always happy to let me go into the property to measure things and check certain things that i needed to do, to make sure i was prepared for when i moved into the property.

Certian members of Ward and Partners i feel could learn from Kenny and how he deals with his clients as a few times i have had to speak to other members of the team and feel these were not as helpful and quite rude. I feel kenny done everything within remit to make sure that i was fully aware of what was going on.

Ward were about the same price as other agents but what made them stand out for me was their Sales Progressor, Leah Peacock. She provided prompt, friendly, accurate and useful advice throughout the process, including my ongoing purchase out of the area and seemed to tell it how it is which is what you want - the process is stressful enough without having to read between the lines of everything you're told in the rest of the process. Jonathan and Kenny were friendly and helpful although some phone conversations were rather rushed. All in all fine.

I had a positive experience dealing with Jon Siu, Ward and Partners. I recently purchased a property from Jon and he was both attentive and polite throughout the whole process of purchasing the house.
I can only speak from my own experience but Jon helped me from finding a property that I was interested in, and carried out the process of the purchase from the very start to the very finish keeping me informed all the way through with any significant changes.
Jon was calm dealing with my purchase, recommending me all the services Ward and Partners had to offer that was relevant to me, it is worthwhile speaking to Ward and Partner's Mortgage advisors to get an initial impression on what mortgages are available out there,
I had a lot of conversations with Jon, and he does offer a personal touch to the estate agent, which I have not experienced before, it is worth popping into Ward and Partners on 7 Military Way, in Chatham to see if he can help you find the right property or to help you sell your property. I am sure you will have a positive experience as I have had.

He doesn't just send you out on random viewings of houses which have no match to your specifications. He also put me in touch with the mortgage advisor and helped me instruct solicitors for the purchase of my house. So it was very simple. As a first time buyer, I believe Brett is the person to talk to. He explains everything thoroughly in understandable terms, is easy-going and easy to talk to, he listens to what the customer wants and never leaves you out of the loop!
