Truly an awful experience, they got me to sign the contract and even told me to utilities into my name and then informed me the current tenants were not leaving. When I asked me my holding deposit back they promised it within 3 to 5 days and on the 6th day I'm still waiting. You'll understand why estate agents have such a poor reputation once you deal with these guys. Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity. Truly awful experience
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
