These are the worst estate agents I have ever come across. They lied to us, were unprofessional & inefficient. They never returned our calls and were never helpful. Their staff cut corners, avoid work and are keep leaving so you are always dealing with someone new who's unaware of everything. Each and every time I had to deal with any one from Cubit and West I was frustrated and angry. Avoid at all cost

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

First time buyers, so yes we probably weren't prepared for the "Estate Agent" market, however, I personally will avoid marketing/buying or selling a house through Cubit & West. We were the buyers so technically I cannot comment, however, when we decide to sell it certainly won't be through Cubitt & West at whatever cost they offer.
