Customer service is poor. They never get back to you when promised to. I have tried to find out information on rental properties various times and the lady is rude and does not return calls.

We completed on our sale and purchase this week and the entire team at Wards in Herne Bay were great. We could name them all but maybe have to say a big thank you to Graham, also Jordan. However, all the staff there were courteous, helpful, and welcomed you when you went into the office. To be greeted by smiles was a lovely thing. They did their job but were also mindful of personal circumstances. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Really pleased with everyone at Ward and Partners. I found Abi & Hamid to be highly knowledgeable and experienced in the lettings area. I would like to thank Abi and Hamid from Ward and Partners, Herne Bay for the excellent service i received with the let of my property. I initially received a mail shot through the door and contacted Abi, who arranged to view the property. Everything regarding letting my property was explained in detail, but simply.
All my options were explained, which made the whole process easy to understand.
My property was then marketed very quickly and professionally, with a large number of viewings within the first week.
Abi and Hamid kept me informed throughout the process, with regular calls.
They both conducted the viewings, and gave me immediate feedback once completed.
I am happy to say that a tenant was found very quickly, and as before the whole process was handled extremely well, making the whole process very quick and easy for me.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone letting their property.

2) A realistic valuation that did not artificially get our hopes up (or vice versa)
3) Produced fantastic quality sales literature and photos that showed the property to its' full potential
4) Achieved a sale within 3 weeks of placing the property on the market at a higher price than we expected
5) Excellent after-sales service between sale and completion (thanks to Jodie Wynchall for this)
6) Not the cheapest but a good example of "you get what you pay for".
Wards will make every possible effort to sell your property and they are there to work with you, not against you. Do bear this in mind when looking at the 1% commission agents whose marketing is little or nothing beyond a few basic website adverts.

As a first time Customer, it was a delight to deal with such pleasant friendly staff, they made me feel at ease, they were organised and the procedure very straight forward.
If I am to find a single fault: It would have to be with the amount of tenancy paperwork !
Perhaps it should be condensed into a size where the normal person could take that amount of information in, in one sitting.
Apart from the paper work, it was a good experiance.

to listen to my concerns with patience and caring. Then also did Katie. Graham, was very prompt in dealing with queries we had from our solicitor Tolhurst, we were very perplexed at times over some of the issues they raised.
To our mind, if you want to best and most professional Estate Agents to sell your property you could do no better. They go that extra mile, we loved the fact that we were able to input our feeling about the property and Graham did a sterling job also with his expert in put.
Would recommend Ward & Partners to all.
