Dear DA, I have just served your Ilford branch notice to immediately stop all marketing of my property. After initial teething issues, I was not dissatisfied with the service provided. One member of your team in particular, Mr Nabeel Ali has repeatedly undermined and behaved unprofessionally which is why during the marketing process Fahim was designated to market my property instead. Fahim has been outstanding in both his behaviour, mannerism and representation of your company throughout our dealings with him. However, the same cannot be said about Nabeel. In August i had to contact John Speller as i found both his language and behaviour unacceptable. He was the initial agent allocated to sell my property. John assured me that moving forward he will not be dealing with my property and thereafter i have been dealing with Fahim. At that stage i even considered taking my property off the market but as the two weeks had lapsed i had no choice but to continue with you I started warming up to Douglas Allen when Fahim was tasked to sell my property. Fahim is an asset to your company as both his mannerism and attitude is genuine and highly professional. I have had an informal offer made by a client whilst i believe Fahim was off. Nabeel was the person who brought the offer to us. Nabeel tried persuading both me and my wife to accept the offer and even suggested that we rent back our property from the new owners - absolutely absurd and disgusting! I thought DA were working on my behalf and had my interest at heart; clearly commission takes priority. Having served my written notice, having already given verbal notice, I was sent a list of people who had supposedly physically viewed my property. As part of the acknowledgement process I was sent a list of all clients that had viewed my property. As per your summery to date, there has only been 14 physical viewings out of 30 arranged. Nabeel responded to the notice stating that around 100 viewings has taken place over the time period that DA has marketed. This again relates to the commission that they are expecting when my house sells even with another client. THIS IS A LIE and unethically bullying me to continue with your services. Even with the outstanding service I have received from Fahim, I will not be intimidated by the scaremongering tactics used by Nabeel who has repeatedly been rude, arrogant, insensitive and now dishonest.
