After using different number of agents in London and getting no where, once I came across Johns&co things where dealt with promptly and I was in the property i wished within days, hassle free. I would like to thank Joseph Cliffe and Aubrey for their help and prompt work. Even took time out to get things sorted on his day off, that's definitely dedication!
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
