I found Charrison Davis to be a very professional estate agent from day one. Cherelle managed the sale of the property to a high standard, meetings and follow ups were conducted well. They knew the local area well, and appeared to have a customer base ready to purchase property, we had many people viewing the property, which lead to the sale. I would recommend this company.

Staying at Arbor Court Harlington corner for over 6 years was really amazing felt like it was our sweet little home. If you are buying/selling or renting property in Harlington area and if you have not used team Charrison Davis (Sydney, Roman and Samantha), then you are unlucky. God is not on your side! I trusted Cherelle more than my solicitor. I am confused should I be excited that the deal is nearing completion or upset about no more running behind Cherelle.

On calling the 4th time because I got tired of waiting for a call back, Mr Roman seemed absolutely dis-interested, un-accomodative and un-interested in speaking about the property
Arrogant and un-accomodative attitude towards customers, no virtual viewings or ability to make an offer even without seeing the property (!) during covid times. Not sure it can get worse.

We recently sold our property through Charrison Davis and we can honestly say we had a positive experience. Cherelle was absolutely first class in supporting us in more ways than just the sale which is the first step in our next chapter.
It wasn't without it's challenges however when we lost out on our first buyer, they very quickly got our property back on the market with a new buyer secured within 4 working days which lead to the sale completing in around 5 weeks!
Fran & Sydney were regular contacts we spoke with in the office throughout the process who was also brilliant in helping us alongside Cherelle.
A brilliant firm with great principles, not your typical estate agent we would say and would easily recommend them and use them again!

Best in Class for an independent estate agency - superior customer service which was personalised to your individual needs, delivered by Cherelle and her team; Francesca and Sydney. From the first time we met Cherelle it was obvious she was brilliant at her job. She was extremely professional but so kind and friendly at the same time. Her leadership skills were second to none and you could see how much Francesca and Sydney enjoyed working as part of this dynamic team. The team adhered to all the covid protocols which made us feel comfortable and reassured during a very unique & difficult time. We were updated on a regular basis and communication between us was open and honest each time we spoke. Cherelle liaised with the solicitors as and when required and updated us in a concise & timely manner. We can’t recommend highly enough such a fantastic and professional team - they treat you as though you’ve known them forever; so respectful of you and your property and that’s such a rare quality to possess these days . COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Introduction
We are committed to providing a high standard of service to every customer, every time, however you contact us. We do recognise however, that occasionally we will not live up to your expectations or our promises.
Your comments are important. Not only do they allow us to improve our individual service to you, they also help us to enhance our products and services in general, making life easier for everyone who uses them. So if you have reason to suggest how we could have served you better, please do let us know.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service then we would like to hear from you.

Please direct your complaint to the staff member associated in the first instance, however if this does not resolve it, you also have the option to contact myself Mr Brian Bailey; the director, using the contact information above).
Information you need to provide
To help us investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:
• Your name and address
• Clear description of your concern or complaint
• Details of what you would like us to do to put it right
• Copies of any relevant documents, such as letters or policies
• A daytime telephone number and contact details where we can contact you.
How we will handle it
We will try to resolve your complaint immediately, and with the minimum of inconvenience to you. The first step is for us to be really clear on what the problem is, and to identify with you what we can do to put it right. To assist with this the more information you can give the better.
Sometimes we will not be able to solve the problem with you “on the spot”. If we are unable to resolve your complaint by the following business day, and if we have not already contacted you to agree our proposal for resolving it, we will:
• Send an acknowledgement of your complaint in writing within 3 working days
• Confirm who will handle your complaint, and how you can contact them. On occasions, to ensure that your complaint is reviewed by the most appropriate person, this may not be the person to whom you complained initially.
If your complaint is particularly complex in nature, we will seek to keep you informed of the progress we are making as our investigations continue. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 5 working days initially but if this is not possible, we will agree a timeframe with you which is no greater than 20 working days.
We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible, and to the complete satisfaction of our customers. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you should get in touch directly with us. I will then seek to resolve the issue within a further 7 working days.
