Often leave up properties that have already been let (after all checks and pre-payments have been made). Even after giving the benefit of the doubt and informing them of this several times. Used as a marketing tool to draw you in. An extreme waste of time and absolutely not what you need when the process of moving properties is laborious enough. Makes you wonder how competent and honest they are throughout the process.
