Excellent and professional service, I'm really pleased to have such Landlord (Agency) supporting my tenancy since couple of months. I hope it will stay like this for a long long time. I do hope because I intend to live under my current address for as long as it's gonna be only possible. I am very very upset right now - our boiler has broken, we have a 4 month old daughter and this estate agents supply you with no out of hours emergency contact or sufficient contact details for the landlord.
