Entwistle Green are outright scammers. Over charges on rent and NEVER carry out repairs. The boiler doesn't work, the back door jammed shut and is totally unusable, the kitchen ceiling is cracked and hangs down then floods the kitchen when someone has a shower. This has been going on for 5 months, the council is now involved. These guys need to be put out of business

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
