Always spoke to us on our level of understanding. We had a series of issues to deal with, none being the fault of the estate agents, and had two earlier potential sales fall-through; and through all of this Craig & Simon showed great patience and did all they possibly could to keep the final sale from collapsing after several issues beyond our control. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
