My partner and I found our first home through Connells. From start to finish they were great.
We had two viewings of our property and Amy was fantastic and made us feel at ease.
Due to a lot of delays (not the fault of Connells) our mortgage offer was on the verge of running out. Finlay took charge of the situation and remained professional, responsive and empathetic through out. I'd happy deal with Finlay and Amy again. They are a credit not only to the branch but also to the the company and I do hope that Connells see this and they are both given the recognition they deserve.

We now have 6 properties let through Connells and we couldn't be happier. Bethany, Jordan and Luke have an excellent approach in all areas of their work. Connells offered us a fixed price fee which we found slightly higher than competing agents in the area. However, their confidence in the market and their strategy for our sale meant we were happy to absorb the increased fee.

The team at Connells have been a pleasure to deal with - Claire leads a dedicated and enthusiastic team and offers honest but constructive feedback and advice when needed.
We built a very good relationship with the team as a result of their fast communication and honest approach towards the sale of our home.
Jessica completed the initial valuation and presented evidence of recent sale prices for similar properties in the area whilst also being honest and offering their terms of contract with real clarity; I appreciated this approach as somebody who likes tangible evidence on which to base my decisions!
A big thanks to Martina and Harry too who purposefully stayed late into the evening to facilitate viewings outside of their normal opening hours - we're very grateful.
May I add that, though we paid for the premium photograph package, I daresay it was not needed (though they did look great). Just around the Christmas period we had a bit of an understandable downturn with viewings, and so Claire visited and took more photographs herself to offer a fresh look for our property listing. It was apparently these photographs which caught the attention of our eventual buyer!
Thanks again, it's been quite an adventure.

A brilliant experience!
Claire approached us directly when she was delivering leaflets through doors. She told us she could sell for a certain price and she was exactly right; it was all done and dusted in 6 months, even after a broken chain at one point! Jess came to value the property and she presented comparisons of similar properties in the area and also evidence of viewings undertaken on those properties. We found this very impressive and informative.
We had had a bad experience in the summer with an Independent Estate Agency who wasted our time over the 4 months of the contract with them so Jess was a breath of fresh air when she visited us in our home to discuss the sale of the property which had previously been let. Once again she was organised, friendly and took time to explain the process to us and we felt re-assured.
It would appear that she has now managed to sell the property within one month of her advertising it and we are delighted. This is remarkable considering Christmas and New Year fell within this time period.
