Bought our house in January 2021 Let's just put it this way … the second they get your money they don't care We paid for tiles to be fitted ( extra cost) they employed a company who fitted them broken , not as bought etc .. they refused to rectify offered £250 to accept the absolute shambles … told them to shove it .. now we have mice yes mice in the utility room our house is not two years old , they also forgot to lay bricks in the garage … I m sure they ve not laid the bricks right and so the mice are getting in , told again Not their issue ! Employ pest control … I M a paramedic who worked with the stress of covid AND putting up with this disgrace of a company avoid avoid avoid at all costs … they threaten legal action at the drop of a hat with the most disgusting lawyer I ve had the misfortune to be made to communicate with … honestly buy anyone except from these …
