During all this time we have maintained an excellent relationship with them. We have always received immediate attention if anything needed to be serviced or fixed in our home, once even replacing and installing a new oven on the same day.

Overjoyed and almost in tears is probably the best way to explain how we felt after our biggest hurdle was removed by Robert and Kim, of Hanover Shine. We couldn't believe that after a brief request they obliged and sorted it out. The service, care, kindness and understanding was above and beyond. Kim and Fiona truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was both comfortable and enjoyable. Their prompt communication, helpfulness, and attention to detail made a real difference in my day-to-day life, taking away much of the usual stress that can accompany a rental experience.

He was pleasant and welcoming when I got to the property and explained plans of the owner for a little redecorating of the property to freshen it up. He was happy to answer my questions. It was just good to get along with an agent who knew his business. I then spoke to Emily and she was kknd and lovely too. Kept me updated on the next steps and whole process. Overall, good people. Hanover Shine is like an extended family to us!
Fiona is so humble and friendly that my wife looks forward to her visits.

Complaints Procedure
If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, you can make a formal complaint in any of the following ways: In writing: The Managing Director Hanover Shine Ltd 13 Northolt Road Harrow Middlesex HA2 0LH By email: complaints@hanovershine.co.uk It will assist our investigation if you could provide us with as much information as possible about your complaint. Examples of information that would be appreciated is as follows: • Property address • The name(s) of the person(s) you have dealt with • Full description of your complaint • Copies of all relevant documents • Your contact information What will happen when we receive your complaint? We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If our investigation is taking longer than expected and we are unable to provide you with our final response within 10 working days, we will advise you in writing and then provide you with regular updates until our final response is issued. On receipt of your complaint we will: • Record your complaint on our records • Confirm receipt of your complaint in writing • Correct any mistakes we have made • Notify you of the outcome of our investigation Our Response If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 4 weeks, we will write to you explaining the reason for the delay and let you know when we expect to be able to send you a final response.
