I have had the privilege of being under Hanover Shine for the last 9 years. My experience with Hanover Shine is very much in kin with that of a family. They have been professional, caring. Endearing, and above all, understanding . I truly recommend Hanover Shine, as I personally have experienced nothing but amazing service, deliverance, care, prompt response and excellent customer service. Robert, Kim, and Fiona are indeed a family who deliver a service with the tenant at the forefront. Examples of information that would be appreciated is as follows: • Property address • The name(s) of the person(s) you have dealt with • Full description of your complaint • Copies of all relevant documents • Your contact information What will happen when we receive your complaint? We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If our investigation is taking longer than expected and we are unable to provide you with our final response within 10 working days, we will advise you in writing and then provide you with regular updates until our final response is issued. On receipt of your complaint we will: • Record your complaint on our records • Confirm receipt of your complaint in writing • Correct any mistakes we have made • Notify you of the outcome of our investigation Our Response If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 4 weeks, we will write to you explaining the reason for the delay and let you know when we expect to be able to send you a final response.
