AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I would give negative stars if I could. The end to end service was incredibly terrible & full of faults. - Marketed my property without my consent - the property details even contained errors - The agents made NO EFFORT whatsoever to sell the property during viewings, simply stood in the corner. I was viewing properties for a new place at the same time, and you can see what proper marketing is like - Called weekly to simply read useless figures off a screen - this is their update - When I found a buyer & half way through the conveyancing process, nearly lost out on the sale because Chancellors didn't relay a message across to me for weeks!!! - Sales progression team is absolutely useless, maybe heard from them 5 times during 6 months. Each time with out of date information. They may as well not have been there. But guess when I got an instant response from them - when I emailed telling them I was completing on the sale & I had a query. Never seen someone send me an invoice so quickly requesting for the commission, & the answer to the query itself came 24 hours later!! It was a simple question of whether I could leave the keys to the property with the branch. Can't believe the state of this service cost me a couple of grand. STAY AWAY FROM CHANCELLORS IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH SALE
