As the out reviews have said avoid at all costs i was told on 4 occasions it was going to exchange , all lies not even a chance of it strung along and after 4 month told from my solicitor that nothing had been done for 4 months it has cost me in the region of 20k in costs because of the delay i have 3 other flats for sale and they certainly will not even get to look at them an absolute disgrace
