Very poor experience as a prospective buyer.. we wanted to purchase a property and the poor experience started when we declined to use their mortgage services, we had to push for our offer to be submitted.. We was contacted to confirm our improved offer was accepted and was pitched their conveyancing services, which we kindly declined.. we was expecting an sales memorandum, but instead of offer was thrown out with no reason and we were at the time the only prospective buyers, so I can only say make your own assumption, but I personally would not recommend this agent for selling your property
