Gascoigne-Pees have been very helpful and efficent through our rental process.
From the initial viewing through to the paperwork and finalising the rental. Chloe has been our main contact and has been great througout the whole process. She has answered any questions we have had and found out everything I have enquired about. When visiting the office in Farnham all the staff there where friendly and helpful with everything. Would definitley recommend.

The "Efficiency and Professionalism" has been outstanding. Katie the branch manager has been incredible dealing with every day problems that will arise in properties, (especially old ones) with charm and calm. I cant thank GP enough for ensuring that while we rent their properties, we as customers have been able to call our rental "our home". My experience of agents in my 11 years of renting has not come close to how GP have offered their services. Thank you all.

Honestly,we have experienced 11 months of hell and unprofessional behaviour.
We have PREVIOUSLY rented in this town and have recently bought -and WARREN AND POWELL and HAMPTONS were professional and 5 STAR all the way.
These guys are cowboys.
The property we rented via them had:
LEAKS/ MOULD/ HOSPITAL VISITS FOR OUR CHILDREN/ NO ELECTRICITY DUE TO DANGEROUS LEAKS/FIRE HAZARDS/MINIMAL HEATING-no exit route and being locked in essentially- and total apathy and rudeness by the manager Ms Jones.
They TOTALLY side with the landlord and charged us full rent EVEN though the EAST HAMPSHIRE ENVIRONMENTAL AGENCY has closed down the future rental for over 50 health citations (We called them in at the end of our tenanacy and they did a full report). They are now selling the property with FULL KNOWLEDGE it has MOULD/LEAKS EXTENSIVELY THROUGHOUT PLUS A BIG BIG RAT INESTATION IN THE CELLAR.
Rats are coming in from a hole in the cellar - and they are trying to charge us from our deposit to take care of it.
If you're interested - the property is on Antsty rd Alton.
SO SO TIRED BY THIS EXPERIENCE-lost faith in renting for sure- we have just bought a beautiful property to avoid dealing with the ;likes of them!!!!

Terrible experience. Be very, very wary of renting through this company. They only find tennants for the landlord and don't introduce you to the landlord at all, masking areas lacking, for what was an extortionate fee. Terrible experience. Be very, very wary of renting through this company. They only find tennants for the landlord and don't introduce you to the landlord at all, masking areas lacking, for what was an extortionate fee. No checks and verbal confirmation they're only in for the profit. They don't care if you're introduced to completely unprofessional landlords who are only interested in collecting rent. Whole colour scheme of property changed after deposit paid and refused refund. Left without a boiler for 18 days, storm debris blocking windows for weeks, no emergency contact numbers for emergency cases, delayed response to texts. Also, an over the contractual period delay in the security bond being returned, with them having to be constantly chased. Not a good experience at all of the company. Would NEVER use them again, or give them any positive feedback.

Gascoigne Pees sold my mother in law's house in Farnham. I am happy with the service from Gascoigne Pees in selling my late Mum's house. They responded promptly to my original request for a valuation, sorted the marketing aspects efficiently and kept me informed. There were plenty of serious viewings for the property, sensible offers were made from good quality buyers and the time from initial marketing to the actual exchange was quick despite the time of year and the Christmas period. Daniel and Sam did a good job showing people round the property and making sure it was left secure. Darren was key to securing the sale for a good price which was very close to the original valuation.
