Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Awful - did nothing for their money. If the agent behaved a little more professionally in the following areas: - Followed up and bothered to return phone calls. - Actually do what they claim to be able to do on the phone. - Communicate with their clients regarding appointments and basic things such as fees and T&C\'s Regarding the way they handled my complaint, they were very unapologetic and the young woman I spoke with on the phone felt personally insulted by my complaint, didn\'t apologise and blamed it on high numbers of applicants in the recent weeks. I fully understand that and I feel I was overly reasonable with them. As a client, the last thing I need is an obnoxious customer service agent refusing to admit fault or unwilling to remedy the problem.
Entwistle Green\'s fees appear to change all the time. When I first spoke with someone, their fees were £75.00 as a special offer in September, however the second time I spoke with someone she claimed that it was £250.00 for the first applicant and £75.00 per additional application.
