All the staff at Beresfords Hornchurch have been so helpful and professional throughout this process . A special mention to Michaela who initially viewed the property and gave me a clear and honest indication of how she thought the sale would progress and everything she advised was exactly what happened. Also a mention to Scott who I believe found the buyer . We ended up getting a higher amount than I had initially expected so very happy with that. The process has gone much smoother that I had anticipated so I really appreciate all the hard work that the staff is Hornchurch have put it to this .

Throughout the months I have called multiple times and Jack has never once made me feel like I have asked too much.
Most importantly of all, the house we are buying was actually recommended by Jack before it even came on to the market which shows he really paid attention to our interests, having already completed a couple of viewings with him previously.
Wendy and Dan have also been helpful throughout the process as whenever Jack isn’t there to answer the phone, they have always endeavoured to help where possible or pass on any messages to Jack. I would highly recommend anyone from the Beresfords Shenfield team I have interacted with.
