What an excellent experience I had today . Firstly on the telephone with Shirley who pulled out all the stops to arrange a viewing for me at a minutes notice. She was so helpful and able to answer all questions I had, as I have never been through a cash sale process before . On meeting John at the property, he walked through the property with me . Answering queries and giving advice which was I fully appreciated. First class service . Very friendly and professional.

I've been a tenant with Northwood Beverley for 4 years.
Everyone at the office are really helpful, understanding, and caring.
They aim to keep the tenant happy as well as the landlord.
Any maintenance requests were promptly dealt with, and the service was always professional.
I would recommend Northwood Beverley to anyone wanting to sell or rent out their property, and of course to any prospective tenants looking at somewhere to rent. Thank you for everything you have done for me the last four years!

I would strongly recommend this estate agency. They are less expensive than other agencies in the area, and their customer service is excellent.

I would recommend every Team Member at Northwoods Beverley for their very professional help and advice. Penny came to see me at home went round my house and gave me extremely constructive advice. Penny came back and took some lovely photos of my property. Which all added to a lot of interest and a very quick sale. My family and I moved overseas during early 2012 and decided to take advantage of the guaranteed rental income scheme offered by Northwood. Although it was a very daunting prospect, leaving our home in the hands of somebody else, I can sincerely say that over the last 6 years Northwood have managed our property in an exceptional fashion. Staff at Northwood Beverley, particularly Hannah Pinder, has continuously strived to provide a professional and efficient service and have consistently dealt with a variety of general issues in a very prompt and decisive manner. We have recently sold our property through Northwood Beverley and that process and experience was equally as impressive. Selling a property can be an emotional experience, particularly when the vendors are overseas however Northwood managed the process and dealt with a the purchaser on our behalf without issue. During the sale of our property, the were several issues and obstacles typical to such a process and Northwood went above and beyond to deal with and resolve various demands made by the purchaser without creating any unnecessary stress to the vendors. Having been personally involved in previous house sales, I can honestly state that Northwood provided the most efficient, reliable and professional service. As a recent long term client of Northwood for over 6 years, I can confidently recommend their services to any prospective customer considering a sale, utilising the guaranteed rental income scheme or any other service provided by this company.

Not particularly cheap but with having a guaranteed income when the going get tough as it does in this business ,if you depend on rents for income it’s reassuring that even if houses not occupied and especially as you still pay council tax you get paid.

I could have died in that house they took no notice of the smoke coming through the staircase from using the open fire, or sewerage coming up into the garden or the wet... Read Full Review

Charlotte answered all the key questions I had about the move, and on the one occasion when she did not know the answer she asked a colleague straight away.
I found Charlotte's behaviour during my appointment both efficient and charming.
Further, after the move she has answered my e-mails as promptly as can be expected as regards improvements to the new property.
