Carshalton Beeches is a leafy suburb which has many listed and historic buildings including Honeywood Museum which is next to the two ponds in Carshalton and opposite the Grade II listed All Saints Church. The Sutton Ecology Centre and annual Environmental Fair in Carshalton Park are representative of the variety
of things on offer in the local area. Nearby Oaks Park is home to a golf course, indoor climbing wall and is also popular with dog walkers.
The local Lavender Fields are popular all year round and is an amazing sight during the summer before the lavender is harvested.
There are the essential shops in Carshalton Beeches itself, a butcher, baker, newsagent, chemist and gift shops; as well as bigger shops in Carshalton High Street with cafes, gift boutiques and supermarkets.
The local schools - primary schools, high schools, grammar schools and private schools are highly sought after and cater for all ages.
The surrounding area offers a choice of sports centre, including swimming pools at Westcroft Leisure Centre, local football, rugby, cricket and tennis clubs are popular with all ages.
Travel links to London can be made via train to London Victoria or St Pancras in just over half an hour, or other London stations via Clapham Junction. Everything is within easy reach road access to city and countryside is easy via the A3, A24, M23 and M25.

I would especially like to sing the praises of Amanda Smith.
Amanda has very good communication skills and kept us updated at every level. There was even a tricky moment where our buyers were making silly demands and I was ready to lose my temper but Amanda took control of the situation and sensitively explained to the buyers how buying a property in England worked. There was an element of a language barrier with the buyers but Amanda was very professional and handled the situation superbly.
I would definitely recommend Goodfellows Stonecot Hill (and Goodfellows Morden with whom I also received sound advice regarding my tenant) to anyone wishing to sell a property or find a tenant.

I sold a property through Goodfellows, Carshalton Beeches as a Power of Attorney for an elderly gentleman. I had a very good service from Lee and Maria throughout the sale process but it is Sarah who needs a special mention. The property was not in the best of conditions due to little work having been carried out on it for many years. The negotiations with the buyers were to say the least difficult and protracted but Sarah went way beyond what was expected of her. It was due to her tenacity and patience that a sale was achieved. Complaints Procedure
Goodfellows is a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS) and we aim to provide the highest standards of service to all our customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded we have the following complaints procedure in place.
The aim of this process is to resolve all customer issues or concerns as quickly as possible. In the majority of cases we hope that any issues can be resolved quickly and amicably to customers\' satisfaction at branch level.
Stage One - Branch Manager
Complaints should, in the first instance, be directed to the Manager of the estate agency branch you have been dealing with. They will endeavour to liaise with you quickly and resolve your complaint immediately, no later than 5 working days from first notification.
Stage Two - Director
Should the local manager not be able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer the matter to the Sales or Lettings Director at head office. Once received your letter will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will receive a response within 15 working days from receipt of your letter.
Stage Three - Managing Director
If, after you have dealt with the division director, you remain dissatisfied you may address your concerns, in writing, to the Managing Director. Once received your letter will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will receive a response within 15 working days from receipt of your letter.

Stage Four - The Property Ombudsman
If you still remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint after dealing with the Directors, and once you have received a Final Viewpoint letter from the Managing Director, you may approach the Property Ombudsman.
