a bunch of thieves! They extorted me. I paid a deposit of £500 for a property that I was renting for December 13, 2023. When they sent me the contract it was November 12, 2023. I asked them to fix the date and you refused. They stole £500 from me and said I had agreed to the contract date, which is a lie. I have the offer letter I filled out to prove it. I tried calling and asking for my money back and they refused. bunch of rogue thieves

I rented a flat in Royal Quarter through G-Pees and the staff in office were very good, but the head office were awful, took months to get anything fixed and it was only through chasing that it eventually got sorted. At the end of the tenancy it took 5 months to get my deposit returned despite nothing being wrong with the property - just kept on getting fobbed off about how the landlord was uncontactable and that they couldn't do anything. An absolute horredous experience.

After looking around for a two bed flat in Kingston we found a suitable place with Gascogne Pees, did all the essential paper work after chasing them up everyday for two weeks, when they was suppose to make it an easy process but really put us in the worse ever stress! After we moved in our contract stated there would be a professional clean we moved in and the place was awful so dusty, has cob webs everywhere, the windows are covevered in dust and are dirty, was told that they would do something about this but never have we chase these agents everyday and everyday a new person in the office picks up and refuses to sort out anything. Dom who was the person who sold the property to is unhelpful always passes our call onto another agent, Bradley who did all the paper work who said he'd come fix the ventilator in the bathroom is now refusing he said that, Aidan who was suppose to sort out the cleaning issue has done nothing and I'm getting to the point now where I'm just fed up of chasing these people to do their job properly worse decision of going with this agency absolutely useless service provided by the agents. Never go with these agents guys they are the worse!!

We would have help from the agency, compromises and NONE threats to be kicked out of the apartment. I CANNOT say the same about Gascoigne-Pees. Misinformation form the agent about payments, threats to be kicked out, no help, no compromises but always trying to make problems. we were misinformed that we have to pay 6 months in advance and then monthly. They did not want to help us to solve the issue when we could not pay next 6 months, as we were informed to pay monthly. If the agency would inform us to pay remaining 6 months in advance rather than saying that we can pay monthly, we would have the amount of money to pat for last 6 months of the rent. After agreement with the agents, we forced them to call our landlord to explain the situation, however they ignored us all, except one agent (who was the only one who tried helping us). Our landlord agreed for monthly payments. We paid our monthly payments for 2 months but kept receiving letters from CountryWide. The agency told us to ignore the letter since we paid regularly. As we receive intended letter of court action we contacted countrywide who connected us the agency. We were told that SOMEHOW they do not have proof of payments, which is impossible since we had receipts. We were threatened again to be kicked out of apartment. Our credit record can be effected by mistakes of the agents. As we are students and we have final exams and we are under pressure abut the flat. This situation is UNACCEPTABLE, we have a thought to go to the court regarding this situation.
