We were advised that selling at auction would be a good option under our particular circumstances. Jessica, Will and Matt were all fantastic. Responsive, positive , yet realistic throughout the whole process. We were always kept up to date with exactly what was happening and whenever we phoned for advice or reassurance, this was always there.

I was well pleased by the service from Sheldon Bosley. Noel and Grace made a great team to sell the property. Noel’s initial valuation was not the highest but he gave me the confidence to run with Sheldon Bosley rather than chasing a higher valuation. Grace then stepped in and ran the property visits and potential buyer liaison. She kept me well informed of progress at all times which was particularly important as it was not the easiest sale but Grace’s perseverance made sure we got a good result in the end.
