We have a listing with this company in the leatherhead branch who has been professional and friendly up to the point of customer visits to our property. We have a carpeted flat and both the agent and the customer did not remove their shoes when showing the flat. What makes me furious was that on the day of the visit it was raining and muddy and yet there was NO consideration shown in removing shoes to access the property. We complained to the branch manager Michael White who apologised and I've just had a 2nd visit from another customer and again NO SHOES removed on access and guess what's going on outside right now. Storm Ciaran. So if my property was going to receive 20 visits, what condition are my carpets going to be in after? Absolutely disgusting and appalling service, it is common courtesy to be considerate of another family's home and yet none was shown and not only that, after having already complained once already you neglect to follow up on it. Undecided yet what to do as I was unable to reach the branch manager.

She was always an absolute pleasure to speak with and gave her honest opinion. From the first time that Janet showed us the property we went on to buy nothing was too much trouble for her. She was accommodating, flexible and amenable to our requests to view, re-view and show family members. Matthew too was efficient and helpful. I still recall his enthusiasm when he relayed the good news that our offer had been accepted. These things make an impression when buying a house. It might be every day business for estate agents but as a buyer it is appreciated when it's made to feel special.
