For 5 years Martin&Co have managed our property, always with care and consideration. Any issues that we've had, especially during Covid times, were dealt with promptly and efficiently. In the last 4 months we needed a great deal of work done to update the property and Shaheen has been consistently available and responsive, giving us access to local tradespeople and managing the process, which as we're not local is something we couldn't have done ourselves.

I rented a property through Martin and co for a year. I only have good things to say about every step of the process. My property manager (Tyler Auld) was efficient and very personable. As a tenant you can often feel like an estate agent is working for themselves and with just the landlords interests in mind, but I really felt like with Tyler / Martin and co, that as a tenant I was very well taken care of. A rare breed of estate agents in this day and age!

Tyler has been very persistent and helpful in dealing with a problem with a new boiler while the tenant was away.
