We asked for a market valuation which was completed by Amy who was very professional and helpful. The valuation was very fair and took in to consideration the extensive modernisation and extension of the property which involved a significant investment it was clear Amy knew how to value the property. Should we decide to progress with a sale we would certainly consider instructing Sheldon Bosley based on the service received from Amy.

Both Morgan and Julie have been so wonderful to work with. Right from the start when we first walked into the office we've received nothing but excellence through the whole process with them both. Communication was key to us as we were going through the whole transaction/house purchase from overseas and we were kept informed all the way through and always received prompt replies to anything we asked. They made the whole process so much easier for us and we knew we could trust and know that they had our best interests at hand. Having gone through a bad experience with another agency before we were naturally a little wary but we were reassured right from the beginning we'd picked the right company to work with. We cannot say enough good things about them! We would highly recommend them whether selling or buying.
