Horrible, unprofessional and anal. This letting agency charges few hundred pounds for agency fee and do nothing. We wanted to move out before the end tenancy and were told this will cost extra. I can't believe how horrificly bad this company is. I have had a leak for 6 months and they have sent the wrong tradesman round at least 6 TIMES. Very high but so are they all. My one little thing is you had copies of our passports but still we had to pay extra for an imagration check. This should be included in the fee if nessary.
