Dreadful company. They've treated my neighnours terribly; failed to get important repairs done, ignored instructions from Environmental Health and been rude and unhelpful. It also looks like they facilitated a revenge eviction since the family were served a Section 21 notice after they complained about the state of the house - now they're due to be evicted just weeks before Christmas (with their 4 young children). AVOID.

Highly recommending avoiding them as letting agent, nothing but headache, please read all the reviews before renting from them.

I can't believe how horrificly bad this company is. I have had a leak for 6 months and they have sent the wrong tradesman round at least 6 TIMES. I eventually got the right man round who assured me he'd be back the week after to fix it and I've never seen him since. I call back to speak to the girl who's been dealing with it for 6 months, she's left. I then ask for whoever has replaced her to call me, no call. A week later I send an email and get one back from an apprentice, no apology sending a tradesman round again. A locksmith turns up! Looks at my ceiling and says it's the waste pipe (British Gas have confirmed 4 times it's not) it's definitely from the shower as the man who claimed he was coming back to fix it confirmed. Asked him to get maintenance to call me and he assured me he would that day, this was 3 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I have also been assured the ancient and constantly breaking down boiler is being replaced and people turn up to do quotes and surprise, surprise, nothing comes back. I've had the boiler issue since I moved in 2 years ago and I've been without hot water several times. I pay £900 a month and I'm in the middle of a year long tenancy and I'm seeking advice from Citizens Advice and Shelter the situation has gotten that desperate.

Very high but so are they all. My one little thing is you had copies of our passports but still we had to pay extra for an imagration check. This should be included in the fee if nessary.

My first 'port of call' was with Paul and Jess at this office and they were excellent. I had to do very little with the process (thankfully) but was always kept informed, and updated throughout. From the minute I decided to use Jan Foster's Estate agent, till they succeeded in finding me a suitable tenant, I could not have been happier or more relieved that someone with all the experience took over. I could not recommend these agents or Jan Foster's enough
