When received a letter to get in touch with Springbok Properties the sale of my property, I reluctantly called them but was impressed with the way I was attended to.
I was contemplating of taking other options offered by another agent even after our first interaction. However, I had no choice but to go ahead with Springbok because of the commitment to excellent customer service shown by the negotiator, William Kenny, assigned to me.
They gave me a fixed sale price, which was reasonable to me with the assurance of quick sale.
Truth to their word, after two days viewing, an offer was received, and the property is now SSTC
I will not hesitate to recommend the company to the prospective buyer or seller of properties.

We had never heard of Springbok before and the process was very easy and despite not being at our property at times when viewing was organised the team handled the viewing with ease and it seems the process will enable completion seamlessly for both us and our purchaser being happy and also in their new home where we have been.

My overall experience with Springbok is that they are quite pushy when they want information from you but dont always reply very quickly when information is required from them. Be prepared to receive multiple calls and answer phone messages per day. I did have some lovely polite and helpful staff at the beginning of the process however the progressor I have been asked to review was unfortunately not very knowledgable about my (got contract dates wrong, said I may be charged due to the contract dates closing when infact they were far from finished), she didnt respond to answer phone messages or emails when tryign to sort out the matter however was very pushy when she wanted information from me. The updates were usually exactly what my solicitor had already told me and therefore not always up to date. One phone call I had with her she was quite rude, not sympathetic to me being a first time buyer and therefore asking clarification and also not apologetic of the fact that she had made mistakes that resulted in me being told there was a possibility I was able to be fined when in fact I wasnt. Unfortunately would not recommend. On going to see the seller (as a time was not ever finalised by the progressor) they also agreed they would not recommend this company in the future.

I’ve had a brilliant experience with Springbok Properties thanks to Jess Thornton, my sales negotiator. Jess was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient from start to finish.
She negotiated a sale me very quickly at around my asking price, and her advice throughout was clear, positive, and reassuring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her communication was excellent at every stage.
I’m giving Jess five stars and am hopeful the rest of the sale will go through just as smoothly. Thanks again, Jess – truly outstanding service!

SPRINGBOK PROPERTIES COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE Springbok Properties strives to provide a high standard of service to all our customers at all times. If you feel we have not achieved this in any way, we'd really like you to tell us. If You Have a Complaint If you're not happy for any reason, your first point of contact should be with the team handling the sale of the property. It doesn't matter if you are the vendor, a prospective buyer or you have purchased the property through us. The team you have been dealing with will get started on resolving any issues as soon as they are aware of the problem. If they can't help, they will escalate you complaint within our internal complaint procedures. You will be contacted by a manager or assistant manager the same day if we can. Sometimes a complaint can be complex, or requires some investigation on our part. You may feel you would like to make your complaint more formal. If that is the case, please feel free to contact us by email or post.
