Nevertheless, any doubts vanish completely when it comes to Evie and Oliver at MGY. Having purchased a property through them, I can say with confidence that I would trust them to sell my own house. We rented through the Pontcanna branch of MGY 18 months and had a fantastic experience with them. They were very quick to reply to emails and follow up maintenance issue; they updated us in advance whenever there was a view or maintenance work needed to be carried out; and they were very fair and honest when it came to assessing the property before and after we left meaning we got our deposit back in a timely manner. We found the staff to be very friendly and would particularly like to thank Karen Blannin her help throughout our time renting with MGY.

I started renting my last property via 'Chris John' who were taken over by MGY. Everyone at the Pontcanna and Radyr offices are friendly and approachable. Any questions have always been resolved quickly, alongside maintenance issues.
Over the past few years I've had contact with many of the staff there, feels like a great team behind the scenes. Definitely an agent you can trust to act professionally, and they seem to have kept the ethos of a local agent.
When I was looking for a new property, MGY being managing agent was a big plus, as I know I'm in safe hands.
