If you have a choice to use another company then do so. The dodgiest untrustworthy company I have ever had to deal with, no only did they sell 12 disabled parking bays to private tenants, they leave you in minus 6 temperatures with no heating or hot water. This has been the 3rd weekend in a row... Read Full Review

If you have a choice to use another company then do so. The dodgiest untrustworthy company I have ever had to deal with, no only did they sell 12 disabled parking bays to private tenants, they leave you in minus 6 temperatures with no heating or hot water. This has been the 3rd weekend in a row without heating and hot water. Thomas Young who's the Property manager doesn't reply to enquires and just isn't bothered that your at home freezing.

Worst agency ever!Had my flat invaded meaning , the the agent * from South Kensignton entered my flat without my permission, going though my things,and absolutely nothing was done! by the manager! and now after moving out he wont answer my emails or phone calls, so unless you want someone invading ... Worst agency ever!Had my flat invaded meaning , the the agent * from South Kensignton entered my flat without my permission, going though my things,and absolutely nothing was done! by the manager! and now after moving out he wont answer my emails or phone calls, so unless you want someone invading your house without your consent or having trouble having our deposit back stay away.
