Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

When purchasing a property i put my trust in the connells advisor jeremy roderick who advised me to put �1000 a side for solicitors fees and used the solicitors he told me to use.i ended up paying out �2900 in fees.when i disputed the advice given to me by jeremy to himself and connells...
