Received good service, communication and advice from James at Connells, West Malling branch who helped sell our house recently. We decided to use them as they had previously sold our neighbour's house and their purchaser's house, all of whom were very happy with the service they received and recommended them to us. Not as impressed with Davisons Law, the solicitors recommended by Connells so do some research before appointing them. However would highly recommend James and the team from West Malling
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
