The area of Witham and its surrounding villages is a popular destination for prospective purchasers and tenants alike. Property prices are still competitively priced, despite the area retaining a mainline railway station which offers excellent rail links into London.

The cute little card and keyrings she gave me was the icing on the cake.

To my delight, my house was sold within days of listing! This impressive turnaround speaks volumes about their expertise and understanding of the market.
Additionally, their responsiveness was exceptional. I never waited long a reply to any of my inquiries, with Lucy Plappert dealing with all of my queries when Kevin was not available which made the entire process seamless and stressfree.
