Mark Bates and his team provided an excellent service as we went through the process of purchasing the above flat for my elderly Mother. I have been very impressed at how hard they work to achieve customer satisfaction- ( and especially grateful for their kindness and grace towards me when I was feeling stressed with all the problems at the other end of the chain ! ) I can't thank you enough and have no hesitation in highly recommending you !
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

They never answer the phone and a weekends it just rings and rings as they seem to turn off the link to head office. We received emails addressed & referring to the wrong clients.
