Alex was very helpful. He returned all of my calls and most of them promptly. He has an amiable manner and was more stasified with him individually than I was with the whole Ward's experience. Problems arose when he was absent and his work did not seem to be proactively followed up. Referencing took far too long and it only became apparant that further documentation was required from me when I chased for the status.

I don't have the name's of the agent's,but what I can say is don't trust them until they give you evrifing they say in righting. To be honest I lost all my trust in estates agent's. I rent this property for 4 years from this agency. When we rent the house the agent (I don't remember the name of the agent) told us we can do any changes we want except holes in the walls. We was very happy because the house was big and we like it except the the painting and the carpets which was very old. Most of the walls was green,so we painted and change the carpets and later to find out the landlord wasant happy. So don't trust them until you have evrifing in righting. Anyway after 4 years they sold the house and we find oane house with the same agency. We paid the reference fees and after they told us they can't give it to us because my hosbund has CCJ.We didn't know about this so I understand their company don't accept CCJ.We find another house with difrent agency so we had to pay again reference fees. First they told me I will have some money back from the previous payment because my reference was good. Is neaw 5 months from then and even I phoned them every week for 5 months I still don't have my money back.

After using several lettings agencies across UK in the last years ,I think that I have a good knowledge about the type of service that you need to get from an estate agent. We all know how hard it is to find a good property and how many timewasters there is around there that make you go and see the house and simply to find out that this is not the house that you have described to them over the phone or at the office. I was very impressed with the customer service skills that Laura Cale has ,her experience in the market and how easy she identified my families needs for the type of house that we were looking to rent and that was the most important thing ,also the whole paperwork and the options she given us have been hassle free and the whole process was very quick. Laura Cale was courteous and responsive in all the enquiries we had .All in all I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to find a property as in my personal experience up until this point she was the best.

Having dealt with a number of local agents and been disappointed it was a great relief to find Laura. when I met Laura at the property on the initial viewing she handled to viewing on very personably. She instantly put me at ease and offered to rectify with the landlord some problems I found with the flooring ( I had an answer back about this within 24 hours)

They helped me to let my flat and advised me as this is the first time I have been a landlord.
I have found that there is very good communication between them and myself. In particular Alexandros Antorka-Pieri and Laura Cale have been of help.
