The service I have received from Nicola and Alex has been outstanding. I'm living away so can't be around to manage the property. Previous tenant problems left me panicking. Nicola organised everything to get the property let out again as quick as she could. Very efficient and even stayed on very late after work. Nicola was at the property getting it right, helping the cleaners for the new tenants so we could get this let out very soon. I don't know what I would have done without the helpfulness of Nicola sorting this out for me. Highly recommended.

During this process they were always extremely helpful and welcoming resulting in us recommending them to various friends who went on to use their services. We would certainly buy through them again and would highly recommend their financial adviser, Max.

During this process they were always extremely helpful and welcoming resulting in us recommending them to various friends who went on to use their services. We would certainly buy through them again and would highly recommend their financial adviser, Max.
So it was natural that we wanted to go with them to fully manage our property earlier this year. There are so many variables in renting a property; we decided to go fully managed. We found Connells renting services more competitive than other local companies and had faith in their reputation. The renting team is also friendly and easy to deal with, with clear communication. Being new to the renting scene we were guided through the process but in hindsight we probably could have done with some more guidance on the costs we would incur as the initial outlay was more than we originally suspected. However, they did deliver on what they said they would do and we had tenants confirmed within a matter of weeks.
We have struggled with the core Connell's branch which seems to be based in Liverpool who get in touch if the tenant encounters an issue as they tend to hound you for contact requesting permission to act on the complaint but never follow up to let you know what the result of the issue is but simply send you a bill with no explanation which I feel is poor. This has no reflection on our local branch who I would still recommend.
