This was our first experience in letting a property and we were apprehensive about it but the team at Connells did everything to allay our concerns. We chose to use their full management service and this worked very well for us. They found us tenants extremely quickly, organised the vetting processes and contracts efficiently and kept us informed of any necessary repairs whilst organising contractors to carry out works for us. We would thoroughly recommend using Connells.
