I must say, working with Michael was like finding a needle in a haystack – except this needle was a beacon of professionalism. He practically turned the process of letting a property into a fine art. Kudos to him for making the typically stressful journey feel like a walk in the park. He is charming and efficient definitely felt like he wanted our business and had great straight forward communication throughout the process. In the process of renting I dealt with at least 20 agents but Michael was different; at the end of the process we tried to reward him but humbly he declined and instead asked for a review detailing the experience. Happy with our place and happy with the service we were given.

I've had my fair share of difficult letting agents, so naturally when I was renting with HW Royal Docks, I was on edge. However, I soon realised that was uncalled for as Michael was on top of things and made the process light hearted. Although we had some minor bumps along the way (moving during a pandemic), I couldn't have asked for a better letting agent that put my mind at ease throughout and displayed a great level of professionalism!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).
What will happen next?
We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
