I do not recommend the agency Homefinders …is not professional,they are…unprofessional,ignorant,disorganised,in our case it started with the fact that we will live behind the wall with the owners,the agency did not tell us this from the beginning hides this fact.We found out when receiving the keys,there were no separate meters in the house.We loaded the electricity with the key at the owner at home.So far I wonder how it was possible to hide this fact.We had a problem with the refund of the deposit,the owner says that we destroyed the tiles in the kitchen, they were from the beginning we had evidence of it in the form of photos on the day of moving in.Later we did not get the full amount for the overpayment for Rent.The agency is so unprofessional that it did not even know that for 2 years,the transfer for the Rent was different day because we moved in much later than signing the contract,delays in moving in!from the agency side…I had emails evidence for everything…We rented from them a 2 years, we took care of the Flat it was rented to us in a terrible condition…dirty.I lost a lot of my energy writing with them,to get your own money back.My advice to everyone who has already rented an flat or house with this agency,take pictures of everything…keep emails with them,record movies before moving in and after moving out.Stay away from this agency.Good luck to all who have been cheated.

Horrible horrible experience. We’ve had a water leak in our flat that was reported in February and the issue is not yet fixed and now it’s may. Gassan seemed helpful at first but now he is starting to ignore our requests and telling us that a moldy room is habitable. All of my stuff smells like mould and we have literally been in contact with them over 20 times without them doing anything about it….

I moved in June, Ain't Cheap accommodation and comes with cheap furniture.eg. First day leaking gas from gas cooker . Had to call gas emergency services, next day was open a drawer and everything collapse, taps leaks, toilet running, kitchen unit rotten windows handle non of them work.... Read Full Review

Complaints Procedure
<p>Should you have a complaint please email <a href="mailto:admin@homefinders.net">admin@homefinders.net</a> requesting one of our complaints forms. Once the form is completed and returned, in accordance with our complaint procedure we will be looking into your complaint to establish, amongst other things:</p>
<ul>
<li>How/why the issue above happened?</li>
<li>Whether it was avoidable?</li>
<li>What corrective steps we need to take?</li>
</ul>
<p>We will reply to you within ten working days with our response, if that's not possible we will contact you to let you know this and provide an estimate of when we will be able to respond in full.</p>
<p>We take our customers complaints very seriously and, if you're unhappy with our initial decision, we offer two stages of escalation:</p>
<p>1 - Escalation to our Managing Director (Mr H Sehri - haydar@homefinders.net).</p>
<p>2 - If you are still not happy then the complaint can be escalated to The Property Ombudsman, whose ultimate decision we would be bound by (details of how to complain to The Property Ombudsman are available at www.tpos.co.uk )</p>
