I instructed Northwood out of the many agents in Maidenhead to find me a tenant. Right from the beginning Pav told me that he would not let down, get the property tenanted pretty much immediately and get me the best price for rental. Well, he certainly did. Oh, and a great competitive fee too.
From the moment I had given them the go ahead as the chosen agent to market my property to the moment the tenant moving in, the whole process was fast and slick. Not one issue at all.
I was extremely pleased with their level of professionalism and market knowledge and being able to actually deliver. At no point did they ever give me false promises or hope and were always realistic. I was always kept in touch by Pav on progress as well as Anna and Lingam. Well they found me a tenant immediately after the advertised it.
They make things happen and I am truly so grateful for helping me secure a tenant immediately from the moment they advertised my 2 bed property in Maidenhead.
Anna did my inventory and did an amazing job. Very kind, understanding and makes things happen. At one point we had to push back the inventory to later in the day due to works and cleaning needing completing as we did not expect the tenant that quick! They managed to move things around to accommodate my request.
They were also very competitive on their fees and matched another agent’s price. I could genuinely see they wanted me to secure the right tenant and I wasn’t just another number to fill for their books.
They also were very responsive whenever I called them or emailed them, they would respond very quickly. I also tested them when calling and again they would pick up and if they did not they would respond back pretty much immediately. This is what you want because if that had been a prospective tenant enquiring on my property then its good to see that they are picking up the phone and if not they return calls immediately. 10/10!
I would always recommend and use Northwood for all future business. The agency is run exceptionally well that I can’t even think of anything that they could improve on.
It was my greatest pleasure in working with Northwood Maidenhead. They made everything look easy, when it wasn’t and they were working so hard behind the scenes.

We let our granny annexe during lockdown, Pav was very helpful in explaining process, recommendations about redecoration (or not) and furnished (or not). And estimated how much rent we should charge.
The whole process was very quick, and he found a tenant within a day of marketing the property. The reference checking and admin took longer than finding a suitable tenant. Very efficient.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that we had no written info, and sometimes had to chase to find out what was happening re inventory or payment of rent. (We ware new landlords and didn’t always know whose responsibility some things were). However when there was any news, we did have phone call. Gas, electricity safety inspections and EPC were organised by Northwood.
Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend.
