Me and my husband have never been treated worthless like the way the company treated us. We were looking for a property to let and we decided to use this company. We viewed a property which was occupied and we decided to take it as the old tenants were moving out soon. We paid for everything including their fees. On the day of moving in, the property was full of worn out carpets , moth and insects which no one had mentioned to us before making our payments and they hid all that from us when we were viewing the property. When I contacted them, they told me that there is nothing they could do about it and just hang up on us. Am planning to seek help from higher authorities if nothing gets done soon. We have a baby who can't stay in such an environment

Absolutely appalled with the service and hidden fees from this agency. Their staff are incompetent and take weeks to respond to any urgent matters, the staff are rude and disrespectful and there are hidden fees absolutely everywhere. Very expensive compared to other estate agents in terms of contract fees, admin fees and exit clause trigger fees and tried to charge me around £50 for simply providing a reference to a future letting agents.

KFH (Streatham) started badly by processing our contract with them for a Lettings service as a Management one, which means a higher percentage for them.
