Professional, supportive and excellent service
Simon managed our property search through out, which was a challenge during the time when the demand was lower than the supply for a property search. He was lovely, pleasant and professional in his approach and very helpful. We wouldn’t have wanted a better service. Definitely recommend KFH due to their personal, warm and supportive approach which definitely makes the challenging time less stressful.

Joel has been incredibly helpful in helping us buy our first home. The process has not been easy, with many twists and turns (unexpected probate) that were out of our control. Keeping the lines of communications open between us, solicitors and everyone involved. Chasing for responses when needed. Yes, he is a professional but he did all of this in a very personable way. Absolutely appalled with the service and hidden fees from this agency. Very expensive compared to other estate agents in terms of contract fees, admin fees and exit clause trigger fees and tried to charge me around £50 for simply providing a reference to a future letting agents.

Me and my husband have never been treated worthless like the way the company treated us. We were looking for a property to let and we decided to use this company. We viewed a property which was occupied and we decided to take it as the old tenants were moving out soon.
We paid for everything including their fees.
On the day of moving in, the property was full of worn out carpets , moth and insects which no one had mentioned to us before making our payments and they hid all that from us when we were viewing the property. When I contacted them, they told me that there is nothing they could do about it and just hang up on us.
Am planning to seek help from higher authorities if nothing gets done soon. We have a baby who can't stay in such an environment

The rude/ aggressive attitude was so appalling I felt the need to ring up and complain... only to then again face an incredibly rude receptionist who queries the truth of my viewpoint. If it were a one off experience, then it would be almost excusable but this is the impression I have of KFH in Streatham every time I use them. Do not use this agent if you can help it!!

KFH (Streatham) started badly by processing our contract with them for a Lettings service as a Management one, which means a higher percentage for them. Once we told them we hadn't signed up for that and that we had made copies of the contract they agreed. We have had no trouble with them as long as we did not have to contact them. However recently, after a year, they took their fee which we did not understand (and had to work out ourselves) included VAT. We also contacted them to ask if we had to pay the extra as the month's rent did not cover it. They did not get back to us. Now, a month later, we have not received a month's rent. They tell us that it is being processed by the bank. Once when i called up they mistook me for a tenant and told them they had to pay by card. The credit department says that KFH are holding up the payment as a new contract for a change of tenant is waiting to be signed. I am not happy with the new contract as it states £0.00 is to be paid by the tenants in Dec 2013 and leaves a grey area about December's rent. So KFH (Streatham), when you don't need to contact them don't present any challenges. But as soon as you need to deal with them, they leave alot to be desired by their customer service.

We have been tenants of KFH for a few years (in the same property) and have had a dreadful experience from first to last. Despite being assured at the inventory that the property would be cleaned, we moved into a dirty flat, and the landlord had decided to dump several items of old broken furniture in our new home (our responsibility to dispose of of course). Maintainance issues have never been taken seriously, or promptly acted upon, and we continue to live in a flat with serious damp and a large hole in the plaster. Many repairs have had to be completed using our own time and money. have on occasion been responded to by simply stating that we shouldn't renew the tenancy (not possible at the time owing to illness and finances): there is no concept of a duty of care within this company, even when, as hereKFH are the managers of the property. Unfortunately owing to their predominance in both rental and sales in certain pockets of South London KFH have elected to abandon any concept of custoner service. Thankfully we are now able to move but KFH have robbed us one last time by charging a large fee for references!
