Excellent service from Foxtons, led by Zenonas - he was courteous, responsive and kept me up to date with all the developments around our new home during the construction and exchange phase.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

I have terrible experience with Foxtons. I lost a lot of money and time because of them! Their idea of fix is to put silicone on the mould. Just simply do not waste your time or your money with Foxtons. It has been hideous dealing with them from start to finish. I have had the MOST HORRENDOUS time dealing with this company. There is no communication between the offices, department and even the agents in the same office.
