A frankly deplorable service. As a buyer i at least expect to be sold to. These chaps just aren't interested. Refuse to now view properties through Wards as i can't be bothered to conatsntly chase them and get no reply. I have never experienced such bad customer service with any other organisation (excluding BT obviously).
What agent could do to change your mind?
Answer the phone occaisionally Call customers back when you say you will. The price range is 100% annoying and unproductive 2 members of staff per branch are allowd to handle offers - they are never available - rediculous. Agents showing properties are clueless as to the basic features of properties and surrounding areas.

Will never use them again which probably doesn't bother them as they are big enough not too care

Kevin has been a breath of fresh air..he has been friendly,enthusiastic,helpful and professional.We dealt with other estate agents before Ward & Co and were appalled with their service...mostly indifferent ,unhelpful and certainly not friendly.Kevin kept us up to date with properties to view..and after a short time told us about the property which we have now bought.All of the staff in the Bearsted Office are very nice but we do feel that Kevin deserves a special mention.

I am very pleased with the service I received from all the staff in the Bearsted branch but I mainly spoke to Jonathan and Claire. They were always very helpful and managed to sell my property within a week of it being on the market. I believe that this was down to their hard work and commitment.... Read Full Review
