I am very pleased with the service I received from all the staff in the Bearsted branch but I mainly spoke to Jonathan and Claire. They were always very helpful and managed to sell my property within a week of it being on the market. I believe that this was down to their hard work and commitment.... Read Full Review

A frankly deplorable service. As a buyer i at least expect to be sold to. These chaps just aren't interested. Refuse to now view properties through Wards as i can't be bothered to conatsntly chase them and get no reply. I have never experienced such bad customer service with any other... Read Full Review
Answer the phone occaisionally Call customers back when you say you will. The price range is 100% annoying and unproductive 2 members of staff per branch are allowd to handle offers - they are never available - rediculous. Agents showing properties are clueless as to the basic features of properties and surrounding areas.
