DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR RENTING YOUR PROPERTY OUT. they have a management company that rips you off at every opportunity. They explain nothing then take money from the incoming rent. The insurance is pointless as they won't claim. What was my home has been totally trashed by their so called," good tennants." If they carried out checks like you pay them too how come my house managed to be destroyed and not cleaned for 2 years?? Oh and then they ask you to pay them when you cancel because they are diabolical and fraudulent. I'd be ashamed to work for them. Crooks.
RIDICULOUS ...£90 A month for my house to be ruined. Ripped off with every quote. Not told about fees. Con men.
